NASPA to Deduct GH¢60 from National Service Personnel for Capacity Building Programme
The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has announced a deduction of GH¢60.00 from all National Service Personnel as an initial payment towards its NASPA Capacity Building Programme and an upcoming mop-up training exercise.
The Association stated that the deduction forms part of arrangements to support a professional development initiative designed to equip service personnel with practical skills for employment and career advancement after national service.
In a letter dated 14th July 2026, signed by the National President of NASPA, the Association explained that the deduction is being implemented in accordance with its earlier communication referenced NASPA/HQ25/50 dated 13th April 2026.

Purpose of the NASPA Capacity Building Programme
