The President explained that the assembly hall project was initiated during his previous administration together with a girls’ hostel project.
While the girls’ hostel was completed and has been serving students for several years, construction of the assembly hall stalled before work recently resumed.

According to President Mahama, the modern assembly hall will provide a suitable venue for lectures, conferences, examinations, ceremonies, student gatherings and other institutional programmes.
He noted that the facility will significantly improve the learning environment and strengthen the college’s capacity to organise academic and social activities.
The President added that only the delivery and installation of furniture remain before the project becomes fully operational.
